Privacy is foundational to what ARKVOR builds. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We've written it to be readable, not exhaustive.
"ARKVOR," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business operating under the ARKVOR trade name. "You" refers to anyone who visits arkvor.com or uses our products.
The short version: ARKVOR devices are offline by design. They do not connect to the internet, do not send us your queries, and do not collect any data from you during use. The only personal information we hold is what you voluntarily give us through this website — your name and email if you apply for early access.
We collect two categories of information:
Information you provide directly. If you submit an early access application or contact us by email, you provide us with your name and email address. We only use this to communicate with you about ARKVOR. We don't add you to any third-party mailing lists or sell your contact information.
Information collected automatically. When you visit arkvor.com, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors use the site. This includes:
| Data type | What it tells us |
|---|---|
| Pages visited and time spent | Which parts of the site are most useful |
| Referring source | How visitors found us (e.g., search, direct, social) |
| General location (country/region) | Where our audience is |
| Browser and device type | How to optimize the site |
| Truncated IP address | Used to approximate location; not stored in full |
Google Analytics does not receive your name, email address, or any information that directly identifies you as an individual. Google's own privacy policy governs how they handle this data: policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and track sessions. These are analytics cookies only — we do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or any other tracking technology beyond Google Analytics.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
ARKVOR devices operate entirely offline. The device does not have a network interface that transmits data. When you ask it a question, your query is processed locally on the device's hardware, and the response is generated locally. Nothing is sent to us, to Google, or to anyone else. We have no visibility into how you use the device, what you ask it, or where you are when you use it.
This is not a policy we could change through a terms update — it's an architectural property of the hardware.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Period.
The only third-party service we use on this website is Google Analytics. We do not use Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, live chat tools, or any other third-party service that receives your personal information. If this changes, we will update this policy before making the change.
We retain your email address and name for as long as you are an active contact — meaning you have applied for early access, placed an order, or are otherwise in an active conversation with us. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it (for example, for tax or fraud prevention purposes).
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, per our Analytics configuration.
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We note that our website is operated from the United States and is directed primarily at a U.S. audience. If you have GDPR-related questions, please contact us.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at TeamArkvlor@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Our website and products are directed at adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have done so, please contact us.
We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect the personal information we hold — including your email address and name — from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices change or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify you by email. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests — email us at TeamArkvlor@gmail.com. We take these seriously and will respond promptly.
